INGREDIENTS:16 rib lamb chops
to taste, salt and pepper

Aioli Sauce:
2 egg yolks
24 garlic cloves
1 cup olive oil
1 cup canola oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. white pepper

Tarragon Aioli Sauce:
1/3 of Aioli Sauce from recipe above
1 cup minced tarragon
½ cup minced parsley
