189 by Dominique Ansel, the first full-service restaurant from French pastry chef Dominique Ansel, will draw inspiration from Hawaiian luaus to transform its space and menu this weekend. The pop-up will take place on August 17-18 from the beginning of dinner service through closing.
Limited-time events are not new for the concept, which is located at The Grove outdoor mall in Los Angeles. 189 by Dominique Ansel had previously converted its space into a park and hosted an “outdoor” picnic for guests in March.
