Dominique Ansel debuts first restaurant in Los Angeles

The Cronut creator expands into the savory world

Dominique Ansel, the French pastry chef lauded by many for his unique approach to desserts — like his famous croissant-donut hybrid, the Cronut — is bringing his culinary creativity to a new location.

After growing his international presence with stores in Tokyo and London, the acclaimed pastry chef is now setting his sights on the West Coast in the U.S. with the launch of the full-service restaurant, 189 by Dominique Ansel, at The Grove mall in Los Angeles. The new concept marks Ansel’s first excursion into providing a comprehensive dining experience.

Take a look at 189 by Dominique Ansel.
