Asiago and Pepper Bread

INGREDIENTS:2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 8-oz. container plain yogurt
½ cup cooking oil
¼ cup milk
1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 ½ cups BelGioioso Asiago, shredded (6 oz.)
¼ cup green onion, thinly sliced DIRECTIONS:Grease the bottom and ½-inch up the sides of an 8 inch x 4 inch x 2 inch loaf pan; set aside. In a large bowl, stir flour, sugar, pepper, baking powder, salt and soda. Make a well in the center of flour mixture; set aside.

In a medium bowl combine eggs, yogurt, oil, milk and mustard. Add to flour mixture along with BelGioioso Asiago cheese and green onions. Stir just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake in 350°F oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove bread from pan and continue to cool for 1 hour on wire rack SERVINGS:1 loaf From: PHOTO CREDIT:Photo Credit: BELGIOIOSO ASIAGO
