Onion Pizza Bread

INGREDIENTS:5 Tbsp. active dry yeast
¼ tsp. sugar
5 cups warm water (110°-115°F)
10-12 cups flour
4 tsp. salt
4 jumbo Idaho-Eastern Oregon yellow onions, sliced
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheeseDIRECTIONS:Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1 cup warm water.
