Breakfast Trifles

INGREDIENTS:20 day-old muffins OR 3 lbs. coffee cake, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 ½ cups orange juice
2 ½ qts. vanilla yogurt
2 ½ qts. California seedless grapes
6 cups granolaDIRECTIONS:1. Arrange half the muffin or coffee cakes cubes on the bottom of 20 glasses or parfait dishes. Drizzle each with 1 Tbsp. orange juice to moisten.

2. Spoon on ¼ cup yogurt and ¼ cup grapes. Sprinkle with a generous tablespoon of granola. Repeat with another layer of each ingredient, finishing with 1 tablespoon of granola.
