What happened to the restaurant chefs we profiled in 2019?

It has been a tumultuous year in the restaurant industry, as illustrated by the fact that many of the chefs that Restaurant Hospitality profiled in our In the Kitchen feature have changed jobs. In fact, two of their restaurants have closed.
