What Others Are Saying: The cocktail was ranked by Zagat as one of the “Ten Best Things We Drank at Tales of the Cocktail.”

What the Judges Said: “We’re generally not attracted to cutie-pie drinks, but the use of bitters, thyme, blood orange and gin, with all of its botanicals, kept this cocktail well out of that category. Instead, this pretty fooler offers a delightfully fresh zing of complex strawberry goodness.”
