What the Judges Said: “Wow, there’s a lot of effort that goes into the making of this cocktail dessert and eating it can be a bit of a challenge if you want to avoid a dry-cleaning bill. Meehan wisely coats the inside of the waffle cone with Godiva Chocolate Liqueur Ganache so it can contain what is basically a decadent chocolate martini. Then he goes all molecular gastronomy by whipping soy lecithin into Pinnacle Vodka Air and egg whites. The result is a drunken whipped cream of sorts. Would we ever want to make this? Probably not, but we must tip our hat to madman Meehan, because this is one tasty, crazy-ass cocktail.”
