8 oz. butter
1 25.5-oz. bag Uncle Ben’s® Savory Herb Stuffing with Whole Grains
1½ cups Santa Fe Seasoning Blend, dry
1½ cups brown sugar
¼ cup chipotle pepper, ground, dry
¼ cup salt
24 pork chops, 12-oz., thick-cut, bone-in

In mixing bowl, combine seasoning, brown sugar, chipotle and salt. Rub each side of pork chops evenly with 1 Tbsp. seasoning. Cut across on side of pork chops, making a 3”-deep horizontal opening.
