Sandwiches are the quintessential American meal, adored by all consumers of all ages. And restaurants have the opportunity to develop cult menu items that keep guests coming back for more. Every year, the editors of Restaurant Hospitality recognize the most innovative sandwich-makers in its Best Sandwiches in America report. If your Panini, Grilled Cheese or Barbecue sandwich has strong sales, or your customers simply won’t let you take it off the menu, we want to hear about it.
