Here’s what restaurants are new in the Denver area

From regenerative beef to Mexico City eats, Denver has a lot of new restaurants to look forward to

Restaurant growth continues in the Denver metropolitan area with large dining halls and killer bar programs trending. The city saw this when Yardbird opened in August, and now with Wonderyard Garden + Table, and, on a smaller scale, Two Moons Music Hall.

Mexican food dominates new high-end concepts. In December, Alma Fonda Fina opened to much fanfare and, coming this spring, the city can swoon over Xiquita Restaurant + Bar, the corn-focused second concept from the folks who run Lucina Eatery + Bar.

The people behind TAG Restaurant Group, Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, and Half Eaten Cookie Hospitality are expanding with new concepts and new locations of existing ones.

TAG opened a cocktail bar last month and is opening its third location of Hashtag, Del Frisco’s is opening Corsica, which focuses on coastal French and Italian Cuisine, and Half Eaten Cookie is bringing regenerative beef to the forefront with the first freestanding location of C Burger, which previously operated inside a brewery.

It’s also opening a bar.

Read on for a look at what's coming up in the Denver dining scene.
