Pitmasters prove that where there’s smoke, there’s fire

Top regional barbecue chefs gathered on Wednesday in Nashville, Tenn., for Certified Angus Beef LLC’s annual conference, which lasts through Friday. With their mobile barbecue pits and smokers taking over Nashville’s Fifth Avenue, next to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the pitmasters practiced their culinary arts.
