The latest dishes and drinks that have us doing a double-take this week include carbonated cocktails served in Indian soda bottles and sealed with marbles, rotisserie eggplant at a concept from Union Square Hospitality Group, helmed by restaurateur Danny Meyer, and a bao with fried cauliflower and Korean flavors.
