What the Judges Said: “Not all of us are dessert fans, so we were thrilled to see a sweet ending containing four types of booze. We were equally impressed that the beverage team uses liquid nitrogen to create the scoop of banana sorbet that rests in the center of it all. Hanging a hunk of banana off the edge of a martini glass is a bit crazy, be we managed to keep our balance. Yum!”
