Thomas L. Wright, Director of Administrative Services, Johnson & Wales College, Culinary Arts Div., Providence RI

As director of administrative services, Wright is responsible for ensuring the successful placement of graduates from Johnson & Wales College's Foodservice and Hospitality programs. He as been responsible for developing an on-campus recruiting program which involves nearly 150 companies conducting 2,500 interviews annually. This is but one of the services provided by Wright and his staff which has resulted in a placement rate of over 99 percent within one month of graduation each year. Wright will continue to enjoy unrivaled success in the foodservice industry due, in great part, to his dedication and unique ability to recognize potential in others.
