Thomas L. Wright, Director of Administrative Services, Johnson & Wales College, Culinary Arts Div., Providence RI

As director of administrative services, Wright is responsible for ensuring the successful placement of graduates from Johnson & Wales College's Foodservice and Hospitality programs. He as been responsible for developing an on-campus recruiting program which involves nearly 150 companies conducting 2,500 interviews annually. This is but one of the services provided by Wright and his staff which has resulted in a placement rate of over 99 percent within one month of graduation each year.
