Dianda grew up in the restaurant business working with his father, Don Dianda, Sr. (Doro's, San Francisco). Although he practiced law for a while after passing the California State Bar in 1981, his love of the hospitality industry led him to become involved in fast food. As president of Pacific Hospitality, Inc., Dianda, Jr., oversees the development of franchises for Wendy's in San Francisco, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties. With four units already open and prospering and onother three under construction, Dianda is well on his way to creating what he hopes will become one of the largtest franchise companies in the United States.
