Joshua Skenes opens long-awaited seafood concept

The chef of three-Michelin-star concept Saison goes in a more casual direction with Angler

The newest restaurant from Joshua Skenes, chef and founder of three-Michelin-starred concept Saison, is Angler.

Unlike the upscale dining experience at Saison, the San Francisco spot offers a menu of primarily seafood — served either raw or roasted over embers — in a casual atmosphere.

Angler debuted on Sept. 25. Take a look at the space and menu.
