A closer look at LA's comfy Terrine

The triple-threat co-ownership team behind the recently opened Terrine on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles has created a truly easy going California-style brasserie. Sure it’s stylish, but at its heart is a relaxed neighborhood eatery. Executive Chef Kris Morningstar, backed by restaurateur Stephane Bombet and wine director Francois Renaud, has reinterpreted classic French brasserie dishes like onion soup and moules frites into French comfort food with a California twist.
