8 cups packaged mesclun or spring salad greens
1 6-oz. pkg. Jones Canadian Bacon
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh raspberries or additional strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup reduced fat raspberry vinaigrette or balsamic salad dressing
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted in dry skillet until golden brown to taste, freshly ground black pepper
Place greens in large bowl. Cut Canadian bacon into short, thin strips; add to bowl. Add strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and dressing; toss well. Transfer to four dinner plates. Top with almonds and pepper.
