What the Judges Said: In the land of bourbon, where the nights can get wild, one sometimes needs to be rescued in the morning. Here’s your life preserver. Look how pretty this sandwich is. It looks that way for about a minute, and then it becomes a delicious mess of turkey, egg, bacon and sourdough in a mind-blowing cheddar cheese sauce. You don’t eat this sandwich; you dive into it. How fitting that it took this morning turkey to save us from last night’s Wild Turkey.
