1 lb. red or green seedless California grapes
6 oz. sugar
1 cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 cup Chablis or other white wine
as needed, sprinkle a few whole coriander seeds and cloves
Combine sugar, vinegar, wine, coriander and cloves in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3-4 minutes. Cool completely. Pour cooled liquid over grapes. Place grape mixture in refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
