4 1/3-lb. Angus Burger patties
4 burger buns
6 oz. Ken's Chunky Blue Cheese
4 lettuce leaves

Per serving; Grill burger until it reaches 155°F. Toast bun on grill for approximately 1 minute. Spread Ken's Chunky Blue Cheese on heel of the bun. Top with burger, lettuce and crown of the bun.
