2 (16 oz. each) loaves Bridgford Frozen Cinnamon Roll Dough
OR 16 (2 oz each) Bridgford Frozen Cinnamon Rolls
Melted butter or margarine Glazed:
2 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons water or milk
If using 16 oz. log of cinnamon roll dough, let log soften slightly.Divide each log of dough into 8 equal pieces. Let dough thaw completely.
Pull or stretch each cinnamon roll and twist once.Place twisted cinnamon rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet approximately 2-3 inches apart.
Brush rolls with melted butter or margarine (or spray with spray vegetable shortening). Allow the rolls to raise until double-triple in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until a light golden brown (convection oven, 325 degrees, 10-12 minutes).
Remove from oven and pan to cool on a wire rack. Glaze: Mix ingredients. Drizzle over rolls.
