Mirabel Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Mango, diced
Fresh or canned pineapple chunks
Roasted red peppers, sliced
Red onion, julienne
Tomatoes, quartered
Pickled peppers, sliced
Fresh oregano leaves
Heads Romaine lettuce, chopped
Bottle Catalina Dressing


Package sunflower seed kernels
Limes, quartered
 

Method
  • Grill Shrimp until cooked through and set aside. While Shrimp cooks, toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl and dress with Catalina dressing.
  • Divide amongst 10 bowls. Top with cooked shrimp. Garnish with sunflower seed kernels and a lime wedge.
