Icelandic® Salmon Burger Sliders (10026013)
Mango, diced
Cucumber, diced
Red pepper, diced
Lime juice
Wasabi paste
Mayonnaise
Salad greens
Fresh pineapple chunks
Green onions, sliced
Sugared Pecans
Red wine vinaigrette

  • Mix mango, cucumber, red pepper and lime juice together in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Combine Wasabi paste and mayonnaise and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • To prepare a tropical green salad, mix salad greens, fresh pineapple chunks and sliced green onions in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugared pecans and top with red wine vinaigrette.
  • Cook Salmon Burger Sliders on a griddle at medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Spread Wasabi mayonnaise on the bun. Top Salmon Burger with mango salsa.
  • Serve two Salmon Burger Sliders with plantain chips as an appetizer or add a tropical green salad for an entrée.
