Food & Drink Brakebush - Marco Pollo Aug 31, 2009 Marco Pollo Source: Source: Brakebush Print This Recipe Ingredients & Directions 2.4 oz. 1 ea. 1 ea. 1 Tbsp. 1 tsp. 1 tsp. 1 tsp. 1 tsp. 2 ea. 5332 Southern SelectTM Portioned Breast Slider Honey wheat bagel Egg raw Broccoli small florets (blanched) Bacon, cooked (diced) Onion (diced) Button mushroom (thin sliced) Whipped cream cheese Gouda cheese (¼ oz. slices) Heat chicken per specifications. Make a small frittata by sautéing the bacon, onion, mushroom and broccoli (season w/salt and pepper), add raw egg and finish. Split and heat bagel, spread with cream cheese. Place frittata down on bottom half of bagel and top with gouda cheese and crispy chicken. Top off with the other half of the bagel and enjoy.
