Restaurant Hospitality is happy to introduce the Restaurant Owners Uncorked video series, produced by Schedulefly. The series is designed to convey practical wisdom and advice from successful independent restaurant owners all over the United States.
The series begins with "Ego, transparency and remembering the customer is king," the first of five short videos produced from an interview by Wil Brawley of Schedulefly with Dave Query, owner of Big Red F Restaurant Group in Boulder, Colo. Big Red F has six concepts operating eight restaurants. Query has been in the restaurant business for more than 30 years.
Schedulefly, a company that provides web-based restaurant staff scheduling and communication software for independent restaurants, is launching this video series on the heels of their successful book of a similar nature, Restaurant Owners Uncorked: Twenty Owners Share Their Recipes for Success.
