Two Birds One Stone is a yakitori eatery is a unique collaboration between Los Angeles chef Sang Yoon, known for the restaurants Father’s Office and Lukshon, and Douglas Keane, whose concepts included the Michelin-starred Cyrus, which closed in 2012 after an eight-year run, and the current Healdsburg Bar and Grill, both in the Sonoma County wine country.
Two Birds is located in St. Helena, Calif., in the renovated Freemark Abbey building at one of the valley’s original wineries. The building dates back to the late 1800s, but the 4,000-square-foot restaurant has installed a state-of-the-art draft system to serve regional wines created exclusively for Two Birds.
