Maryland Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS:1 lb. Phillips pasteurized blue swimming crab meat
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Phillips Seafood Seasoning
1 tsp. dehydrated parsley flakes
½ tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 slices breadDIRECTIONS:Place crab meat into large mixing bowl. Beat egg, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, dehydrated parsley flakes, dry mustard, mayonnaise, and prepared mustard in a separate mixing bowl. Break the two slices of bread into small pieces and gently fold into bowl of crab meat along with egg-spice mixture. Shape into slightly flattened patties and chill.
