6 oz. pork loin, smoked
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. cumin seeds, toasted
2 Tbsp. chipotle chilies, toasted
10 oz. Scotch bonnet cream
10 plantain chips
