Juniper is commonly found on cocktail menus and is the predominant flavor in gin. The evergreen shrub grows berry-like cones and has a distinctive pine-like flavor.

Juniper is in the Inception stage. It’s considered a premium ingredient that can be found on mostly fine-dining menus.
