Crisco Professional® Pan Release Spray
1 cup Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup PET® Evaporated Milk
½ cup whole milk
1 box cake mix, dry, white or yellow
3 eggs, large
1⅓ cups water
⅓ cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
as needed, Smucker's PlateScapers Caramel Flavored Dessert Topping
Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Spray 1 shallow steam table pan (or 1 half sheet pan) with pan release spray. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and whole milk. Reserve.
Mix dry cake mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven; poke holes in cake with a fork. Pour milk mixture over cake. Repeat second time with additional milk mixture until all the mixture is soaked up into the cake. Let cool.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Drizzle with dessert topping.
