Mango and Avocado Wasabi Pizza

Yield: 1 pizza

1 12” prebaked pizza crust
¼ cup sour cream
1 tsp. wasabi paste
¼ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
¾  to 1 cup mango and avocado salsa (recipe follows)
as needed, pickled ginger
as needed, black and white sesame seeds

Mango and Avocado Salsa:
2 cups frozen mango cubes, partially thawed
½ avocado, finely chopped
2 tbsp. diced red bell pepper
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. finely diced jalapeno
½ tsp. hot pepper sauce
½ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ tsp. wasabi powder

For mango and avocado salsa: Mix ingredients until well-blended. Makes about 3 cups salsa.

For pizza: Combine sour cream and wasabi paste in a small bowl; spread evenly over pizza crust. Layer cucumber slices on top of sour cream mixture. Spread mango and avocado salsa on top of cucumbers. Garnish with pickled ginger and sesame seeds, if desired.
