Phillips Crab and Shrimp Sliders
mini burger buns or honey dinner rolls, split in half
oz. shredded Romaine or Iceberg lettuce
Wasabi Mustard Sauce: Yield: ½ c.
tsp. Wasabi powder
tsp. prepared horseradish
Tbsp. Dijon mustard
tsp. rice wine vinegar
C. Hellmann’s mayonnaise
In small bowl blend all sauce ingredients together. Chill until ready to serve, up to 24 hours.
Prepare sliders according to package directions. Serve 1 Tbsp. sauce per portion on split mini bun or roll with ¼ oz. shredded lettuce.
