Tabasco-Maple Butter

From: Executive chef Nick Erven, Tart Restaurant, Los Angeles.

1 lb. unsalted butter, softened
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup Tabasco® brand pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. good-quality fleur de sel

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill before serving. Finish with a good-quality fleur de sel.
