1 oz. sweet potato-infused bourbon
1 oz. sweet white vermouth
1 dash chocolate mole bitters
as needed for garnish, honey
as needed for garnish, crushed sweet potato chips

Stir ingredients to mix. Serve in a coupe glass rimmed with honey and crushed sweet potato chips.
