Grapefruit Mule

From: Kathy Casey Liquid Kitchen. Yield: 1 serving.

1½ oz. vodka
2 oz. fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
4 oz. ginger beer
as needed for garnish, candied ginger and lime wedge.

Fill an Old Fashioned glass or copper mug with ice. Measure in the vodka and grapefruit juice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with candied ginger and lime on a pick, for squeezing.
