Brennan's of Houston Brandy Milk Punch

Yield: 1 serving

2 oz. brandy (bourbon may be substituted)
½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 ½ oz. whole milk
1 oz. simple syrup
as needed, nutmeg

Mix liquid ingredients in a glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
