2 oz. premium vanilla vodka (Copeland's recommends Absolut Vanilla)
1 oz. premium vanilla Cognac (Copeland's recommends Licor 43, also known as Cuarenta Y Tres)
1 oz. scooped cheesecake
.5 oz. Copeland's Banana Foster Sauce
.25 oz. 151 proof rum
Put all ingredients in a martini shaker. Shake vigorously and strain. For garnish, add 1/16 of a banana cut on a 2" bias. Serve in a martini glass rimmed with cheesecake crust.
