What makes it special: Made only with Alabama products, this sandwich is a showcase for owner Bill E. Stitt’s pork belly made from a cross of Berkshire Red and Chantilly White pigs. They’re cured in rooms behind the stage at Old 27 Grill, and Stitt insists the music makes for better belly.
