Pita sandwiches are the centerpiece, including the classic sabich ($10) with fried eggplant, haminado egg, amba (a pickled mango sauce) , tahini and chopped salad.
There’s also a cauliflower version ($10) with labneh, tzatziki, poblano pepper, harissa and tomato; and schnitzel ($11) or a Jerusalem grill ($10) with turkey, chicken hearts, onions, tahini and pickles.
