At the new store there are two stations for customers to customize treats — Build-A-Cookie and Build-A-Cake.
Christina Tosi Founded in Milk Bar in 2008 as part of David Chang’s Momofuku Group, which operates the restaurants Momofuku, Ssam Bar, Ko and others.
The space is a “love letter to New York,” said Tosi. The store decor features NYC-themed neon signs and subway tiles.
Milk Bar merchandise available at the store’s mini-mart, “a bodega-inspired shop.”
The retail counter, dubbed “Here for it,” sells soft serve, truffles and savory breads.
