Yamas Green Kitchen + Bar – Grilled octopus
Chef Dimitrios Kelesoglou, who previously worked in New York, runs the kitchen and created the menu of mezze, salads, pastas, meat, and fish. A raw bar serves crudos, ceviche and oysters. Standout dishes include fried feta with sesame, honey and walnuts, grilled octopus, grilled whole fish, chicken souvlaki and lamb chops. On the drinks menu, wines are sourced from Greece, the Mediterranean, and the Americas.
