Concept(s): Chef Kim Floresca (formerly at The Restaurant at Meadowood) crafts flavorful grain bowls, wraps, salads, soups and desserts, plus a la carte proteins and sides. Some sauces and dressings are stamped “Goop certified clean,” meaning no gluten, soy, dairy, preservatives, peanuts, processed foods or sugars.
