This hospitality manager’s platform and app take an employee-centered approach to scheduling: “Unlike other scheduling software’s on the market, Sling was curated on the basis of employee satisfaction and accessibility,” say the developers. With Sling, employees can instant message their supervisor/team members directly or in groups and drop or pick up shifts. Sling also allows users to create a company news feed and upload documents for repeat reference. Best of all, it’s free.
