Heartland Payment Systems
Heartland has a new app with three new features specifically designed for the restaurateur: an online and mobile reservation service used by restaurants to make it simple for consumers to engage their brands while making it easy for restaurants to handle reservations and maximize sales; a wait-list management service that improves wait time accuracy; and a mobile-ordering service that allows restaurants to reach a broader group of consumers.
Reward program vendor Paytronix Systems tweaked its mobile apps to include more home screen functionality, social features, customizable appearance and reporting capabilities. Paytronix mobile apps enhancements make it easier for restaurants and retailers to customize their apps while simultaneously making them easier and more compelling for customers to use. They allow guests to locate restaurants, identify themselves to the server, check balances and redeem points and rewards.
Fusionprep is an iPad-based kitchen tool that helps restaurants go paperless and maintain consistency. Fusionprep powers kitchens and back-of-house operations, mounting iPads in the kitchen so the culinary staff is able to make changes to their recipes and sync them across different units. Staff can print food safety labels and view training videos and photos.
