The restaurant features 10,000 square feet and 300 seats in a stunning design featuring walls painted with giant interpretations of cherry blossom trees.
The menu features seven signature rolls that offer fun flavors and names to match. The Seoul Garden Roll with Baby Spinach, Carrots and Grilled Shiitake is one example.
Back says the Crispy Rice Roll with Blackened Tuna, Seaweed, Screaming O Sauce is already a customer favorite.
The 007 Octopussy Roll with Crab Salad, Spicy Octopus and Crispy Potatoes is another favorite, says Back.
