Cinco de Mayo revelers at this Boston-based chain with four locations can sip on two new margaritas: La Dama de la Noche (tequila, lime juice, orange juice, simple syrup, the sparkling wine cava and grenadine) and Cielo Azul (tequila, Cynar, mezcal, Blue Curaçao, lime juice and simple syrup).
On May 5, this quick-service chain will offer a $10 discount on 24-piece catering and a $20 discount on 48-piece catering. Loyalty program users will also receive double points with any purchase on the holiday. El Pollo Loco is based in Costa Mesa, Calif., and has more than 470 locations.
In honor of Cinco de Mayo, the Dallas-based burger chain with nine locations will share a secret password with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter followers. Customers who tell a cashier the password on May 5 will receive a free soda or tea.
The casual-dining operator is partnering with Tequila Herradura, a distiller of ultra-premium, 100-percent agave tequila, and Baccarat, a fine crystal manufacturer, to offer a $100 Prime Margarita from May 4-6. The luxurious sip is crafted with premium liquors, including Tequila Herradura Selección Suprema, and served in a diamond-cut crystal glass from Baccarat, which imbibers will take home in a special red box. Fleming’s is based in Tampa, Fla., and has 70 units.
The fast-casual chain recently partnered with DoorDash, making its menu available for delivery from more than 1,500 restaurants. In celebration of the new collaboration and Cinco de Mayo, customers who order from Chipotle through DoorDash and use the promo code “GETCHIPOTLE” will receive free delivery on purchases of $10 or more from now through May 6. Chipotle is based in Denver and has more than 2,400 units.
On Cinco de Mayo, this Fort Lauderdale, Fla., restaurant will serve specialty tequila cocktails priced at $5 and two street tacos also priced at $5 from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Lona will also host live mariachi music from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

On May 5, this Plano, Texas, food hall will embrace the Cinco de Mayo spirit with a location-wide fiesta from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. All of the onsite bars, including two pop-ups, will feature their own special margarita priced at $6. Legacy Hall will also host a lineup of Latin bands throughout the day.

This restaurant in Hallandale Beach, Fla., will get into the Cinco de Mayo spirit with a Japanese version of the margarita: the Rita Okinawa. The cocktail, priced at $14, is crafted with yuzu-kosho-infused tequila, lime, agave and yellow chartreuse liqueur. Yuzu kosho is a Japanese paste made with yuzu and chiles.
With any cocktail or drink purchase, Cinco de Mayo fans can chow down on this Southern eatery’s pimento cheese nachos for only a penny, all day and all night on May 5. Tupelo Honey is a 15-unit casual-dining restaurant based in Asheville, N.C.
Perry’s is serving a limited-time cocktail for Cinco de Mayo festivities: the Rita Rosé Olé, a mix of tequila and Mexican rosé wine. The sip is available through May 10 and is priced at $15. Perry’s is based in Houston, Texas, and has 14 locations.
From 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on May 5, this Washington, D.C., restaurant will serve five kinds of appetizers, margaritas and tacos — all priced at $7 each. An appetizer included on the holiday menu is the Kabra Quesadilla, made with goat cheese, cotija (a Mexican cheese), arugula and smoked chile aioli.
On May 5, the Key Biscayne, Fla., location of Novecento will offer customers margaritas priced at $6 all day. After 9 p.m., the restaurant will also serve complimentary Viola Italian craft beer and frozen margaritas.
